Physical software testing starts Oct 14. Codebase checks run Oct 6–10. Pose setup and pick-and-place wait for floor arrangement, gantry assembly, wiring and tuning.

VMC expected Oct 14–20. No VMC poses are scheduled. AMR mapping, navigation and docking follow final placement; they do not have a fixed Oct 20 deadline.

Assembly controls the start

Main assembly starts Oct 8 once the required parts are ready. Complete assembly, guide rails and rack gear by Oct 10; only then start gantry and end-effector wiring.

Existing machines vs. incoming VMC

The Oct 10 machine-wiring and earthing deadline covers the existing CNCs. Stabilizer installation assumes arrival Oct 9 or 10. VMC utilities follow delivery and placement.

Ordering is not delivery

Tooling, fixtures, probe and motor dates are order-placement deadlines. Acrylic changes and FOCAS are optional; camera calibration and inspection-backend changes are only if required.
